Tenchusatsu, RE: "War on Islamic Fundamentalism" I'll put humor aside now, I really, really need to confirm you actually had equated the war on terrorism to be a war on the basic principles of Islam and people practising Islam, rather than a war focused on violent, Islamic extremists? Please tell me you didn't mean to. It's not your style to generalize extremists to 1.5B other people, so something here doesn't make sense. How many close Muslim friends (that are religious) do you have and have you shared this perspective with him or her and what was their reaction or thoughts? On a different note, why are you against removing violence out of all religions? Mindmeld said he thought removing violence was a good idea, yet you said "careful." Don't you think it is inconsistent to want violent material to be removed only from Islamic material, but not Christian material? Regards, Amy J
