I've read every page of the ISG report. Every single page. And I've commented on it frequently here on SI.

The real conclusions from the report?

- Saddam / Iraq ordered destroyed its nuke and chemical weapons in 1991. No evidence was uncovered that showed he was actively trying to reconstitute the program.

- Saddam ordered destroyed, fully, by the mid 1990's any remaining bio war capability.

Bottom line: Saddam was indeed afraid of inspections. Bush blew it.
