Looking at the chart you will see that we just have broken through the 200 day moving average and this is a good technical buy signal. When you then look at the fundamentals and see how many new orders the firm has recently received you only wonder why the stock is not raising more. a typical buy signal? P.S hearing of the billions of Euros the German goverment is loosing because their system for collecting road tolls from trucks,is still not working, I wonder why CUB was not compeating for that big contract? Fred
