Lightpath Developments: 1) 2 shareholders filed Form 144's with the SEC on July 29/Aug 8th to register 4,388 shares of .....LPTHA for sale at an average price of 7.98 2) Year end results should be out shortly. Tomorrow or Monday? 3) Nasdaq short interest as of August 15th for LPTHA was at 147,608 up 303% from the 36,598 a ....month ago. A hefty jump from July 15th. About a 110,000 of the sales we have seen go by on ....the ticker in the last month have been short sales. Interesting. I count 959,800 shares traded between 7/15 and 8/15. If there were 111,010 more shares short in the last month divided by 959,800 total volume that equals one out of every 8.65 shares sold were short sales. I have no idea of the significance of this. charting.nasdaq.com
