Some of them are overseas-Chinese-US citizens, like those two crooks of Apexdigitals, and some of them are small-, medium-size US companies. I personally think few of them are big companies since big companies have other ways to squeeze money out of China. But some defaults are also in other continents, even African countries, where political chaos is not unusual, so make things more complicated.

I think to switch back L/C is the best way to curb this trend, although it could be hard.
