You are a little too greedy<g> My understanding is that they will start to allow people to put a part of the 7.5% of their contribution in a separate personal account, the account that actually bear your name on. Yes, the gov. would end up less to spend in general fund, but hey, if that is Bush wants, fine with me<g>. And since this amount is coming fresh from all of our future paycheck before the gov. dirty hands on it, so it is doable as long as they want.
