Followers don't become leaders in wars. This does not address the point except to the extent it proves mine. Kerry is follower, he will remain a follower. He was a captain of a swift boat in Vietnam. He has been a Senator for 20 years. If he walks like a leader and the talks like a leader, there is a good chance he is one. Kerry's ethics are dictated in the a.m. poll. How can you even try to defend a man who voted to legalize lying under oath? There is a huge disconnect between the facts and I believe I am a good judge of character and Kerry is as moral and ethical as they come. Facts contradict your claim. Yeah, yeah, yeah..........I've heard it all re. Republicans and the polls. If someone checks the polls, they must be weak. Hey, this a democracy.......you are supposed to pay attention to what your people want. The only people who can afford to ignore the polls is a well armed dictator and God. is discharge was less than honorable? That's news to me. You choose to ignore facts that contradict your ultra left wing view of the world. If it is not in the certified liberal news, you pretend it does not exist. Have you ever considered the possibility that the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth were honest and honorable people? Of course not, it did not fit your desire to view Kerry as good, so you discarded them just like Kerry discarded his military buddies 30 plus years ago. The problem with the swifties is who can tell where the facts end and their hatred begins. His twelve weeks of military service was what he chose to run on. He made it the issue. His actions extended the war, his actions caused the unnecessary death of thousands of servicemen. He snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Just so you can't say that you don't know about Kerry's true discharge status, here is a credible analysis of the facts. Because he may have made a campaign mistake does not make him not a leader Kerry lost. Its time to move on. ted
