Hey, I just thought of a GOOD TAX IDEA. See what ya'll think.
Here it is:
We tax exports, not goods and services but JOBS. For every job that is exported we tax it 50% of the NEW wage paid in the foreign country. ALL the monies go into a fund to first pay for the changeover to privatization of SS and any excess to bolster the SS fund in total. This shouldnt cause companies NOT to export jobs if its such a good deal for them, since the wages are supposedly a 10th of what is paid in America, YET we can feel good that they are paying into the SS fund at least something around what would have been paid in had the workers STAYED HERE. jdn
