It's Martins job to make these decisions whether we agree or not. Since we're not sitting where he is and can't see what he sees as the company undergoes explosive growth it's the stock price which is going to tell us if he is making the right decisions. If I were strongly concerned about the apparent "ethics" of his decision making, I'd sell and move on. As the article also said, "Industry analysts are not overly concerned about the changes of the product team". "If the product weren't available for sale, I would be extremely concerned", said Ken Trovich a senior analyst at the Red Chip Review, a stock market newsletter based in Portland. "But the product is essentially finished and this is a normal transition in business".
