When you post articles about the deaths of insurgents and you talk about body parts all over Fallujah and then you say that their lives are a loss for everyone involved, you leave your readers with the distinct impression you are grieving for them. Most of the rest of us are thinking, "good riddance." I don't grieve for men like Zarqawi or Arafat. We are all better off when men like that are dead.
