Tom, I agree 100% with you. Owens shouldn't have given any dates till he was certain or almost certain about a date. Somehow, he felt compelled to give a date which he has had to revise several times. Does not look good on him and I'm sure he'd prefer to not make such a bad impression. However, it would appear to me he's more interested in giving a honest report above all else. Not an easy job for anyone for sure. If this extra time allows NT to get some money back from Roth, I'm all for it.
