Owens' first job when he took over was to properly manage this restatement. His lack of results in this area would indicate to me that his leadership of NT is off to an extremely shaky start. The board may have chosen the wrong guy for the job.

True, but wasn't the restatement work already in progress when Owens took over. Probably some of the work done by then was to be redone to Owens' standards. Will we ever know.
