Clearly you are having data problems. And I haven't received any response from my last 2 e-mails. So short of picking up the phone and calling which I hate to do, I'll try this thread. Some of my charts are missing data .. like 10/10/04 is not there. You hit refresh and you might drop another day that was there before. I can't tell you how many times I've rebooted the program or reinstalled it. And this AM the data feed has just stopped completely. When I try to log back on I connect with 20 minute delayed quotes, not exactly a real time product. Do you have any opinion when this problem will be fixed? I remember a time long ago when you sent live messages in the form of a pop up to program users if there was a problem but I guess that's gone as well. I've been with you guys for years through thick and thin but this getting old real fast. Your program is a good value for what you offer but if it doesn't work it's worthless.
