OK. $60M? Nah, that's not "10%".
Oh. The goal is 10% of revenues. Just 500% to go.

But wait. There's more. "Our contribution to the bottom line still is below 10% because of the success they are having in other regions," he said. CALA is targeting 10% of UTSI's bottom line? Way more revenues than 5 times 2003, because last year was loaded to the top of the stakes with high margin Chinese PAS handsets. Darn that pesky "growth in Asian markets". Might just work though, since that glorious time is winding down now that Telecom and Netcom are getting Unicom's GSM and CDMA networks.

Still, there's lots of revenue coming in broadband in this world, and with UTSI's pursuit of "opportunities in markets with low teledensity" there's plenty to share with all the competitors for the business. Lots of revenue.
