IPII will decide the split rate depending on the price. I think they need a minimum of $4/share to become eligible for the NAS. Now there are also rules about how long you maintained that price before you are eligible. I would like to see only a 1-4 but they may do a 1-5 to become immediately eligible based on the price over the last 6 months. They are going to become more illiquid just based on that the float will be under 2M shares. That turns a lot of people off.

HOM is looking good so far. Hopefully they are ready to break out.
