The Hispanics aren't fooled. The Dems say they offer education and jobs...but the reality is the Dems NEA offers no education and thus good jobs are elusive. The Dems don't want to provide too much, as that would enable Hispanics to escape their class. Dems want to offer just enough to get their votes...but NO MORE than that.
