I agree, Roger. The more this story, and WWS's (who had more news today about this, saying that they will pursue the issue in, essentially, international court if necessary), get national (and more) headlines, the more likely the Kazi gov't will have to concede to proper protocol and abidement. They can't treat this as only their "back yard" anymore! Let's hope they're only acting tough (and, one could say, ... stupid).

Don't blow it for yourself, Kazakhstan, former Republic of the Soviet Union.
