Jacq,try the yearly 10k near top of page 6. "Presently, on a fully diluted basis after giving effect to the exercise of stock options and warrants, our owership of Ovonyx would be 31.4%." Whats even worse is if ECD needs more money and does this again it could go to 20%. I don't no how basic paten royalites are set up does ECD own royalties rights not divided with Ovonyx? I do know ECD knows how to loose money ECD say all that will change come 2nd quarter in 2006. I am woryied you bet I am. I'll be at meeting I hope to see you there Jacq.
