Thank you for taking the time to reply with both your notes. My only question unanswered is WHEN is the next earnings report (specific date if you know). It is interesting that everytime ESA buys or opens a new hotel, there is heavy down volume in the stock. Long term we will see a reversal as each hotel produces earnings. Wayne H. is also buying heavy for RII (republic industries). He bought two more car dealerships today. The future is bright! Steve D.
