It seems that the sheeple wish to avoid the debate with the old tactic of piling on with personal attacks or the game of who is whom? or is it who is who?

The old nugget about how shorts are the heroes and how they provide liquidity begs the issue. The trial is based on alleged criminal activity, not freedom of speech, not shorting.

It all comes down to this.

1. Did Anthony knowingly get access to government classified information? Whether or not it was available elsewhere is immaterial. If it is criminal activity, it doesn't matter that he "could have" gotten the information elsewhere.

2. Did he extort? If so, tough to justify by saying he extorted from a scam company. The "Robin Hood" defense does not work in US jurisprudence, particularly where Robin Hood keeps the ill-gotten gain, extorted from the scammer and feeds a little to his sheeple.

3. Are there sheeple who can be brought in to the conspiracy train through the criminal process?

4. Will civil suits be brought as a result of the criminal "discovery?" Will civil suits trace sheeple, given that Anthony's funds are probably not reachable?

5. How far will the government go or will civil litigants travel to find the inner workings of the "shell" that hides the possible conspirators? Foreign borders present less problems in today's world, but it takes money to be successful.

These are the core issues for debate in my opinion.
