We discussed this months ago. Enforce the law requiring employers to obtain proof of legal residency before hiring. Eliminate jobs and you put a big dent in illegal immigration.

Despite overwhelming evidence that hiring laws are being broken left and right, the Bush administration has prosecuted, at last count, 14 companies for illegal hiring. Why? Because the companies contribute to the republican political war chest.

I don't know why GW isn't offering more concrete proposals to stem the tide of illegals as well.
