Cooters, I read the analysis. SB indicated a 25% chance of temporary delisting from the NYSE in April of 2005 if the restatement isn't filed by that time. I have been following the bond prices which are selling near par.

To be accurate, they are assigning a 25% chance the restatement goes beyond March 2005, at which time they are pretty much certain the NYSE would proceed to delist NT. Your wording could be misunderstood.

You are correct about the bonds. While I plan to hold through this whole process, I will not consider adding until I get some clarity on the need to restate 1999 and 2000, which would probably result in a delisting. If that were to happen, I would look at it as an opportunity, because I think we would see low-mid $2's. If evidence surfaces that contracts are being lost due to this mess, then all bets are off, I might even eat the loss.
