Mike: I found it very questionable from the get go..it seems to have fizzeled already..she jumped up a couple points, then before I could short her, she went right back down..I have not got set up to were I can do things fast enough..now another deal has come my way..some property I'v been looking at for 10 years has just become available, and I'm going to have to rob paul to pay peter to get it before some real estate agent does..I use to have a license but let it go..as all it made me was a flunky for the S&Ls, I sold this property to the guy..and it was a good deal for him..he left and went back to his home state, and I offered to buy it then, but he wanted to make to much off it,.just got notice he's ready to accept my first offer..got to see now if he kept up the taxes..it's a nice little piece of land..they just built some fine houses across the way from it..damm and now I got most all of my money were it will cost me to come up with the cash..hmmm , hmmm hmmmm. jim
