Went back and looked at that 5 of C count in the SPX and DOW and don't think so anyway. I think the whole move up from Mar 03 to Feb 04 was a 5 waver. For SPX this would make rise off OCT 02 as a 5 wave A, completing. Going to be followed at some point by another bear killing smash up.

Bush is gonna get things to rocking and rolling. Just ask him.
