Nortel is adding a revenue adjustment of $450 million to the year 2003 per the last status update. Furthermore, Nortel expects to grow revenue in the low single digits this year based on a higher year 2003. Considering Nortel's forecast is being made now, in the middle of November, I expect a seasonally strong fourth quarter.
