Wal-mart needs to get Sam Walton's biography out in circulation, like the History channel biopic on Wal-mart. I think people tend to be more sympathetic to an organization if they associate it with the pulled-up-by-own-bootstraps founder. It "personalizes" the business.

History Channel maybe. But, I doubt you'll see Matt Lauer run a segment on Walton on his Headliners & Legends show on MSNBC.
