Re Muslims, under the circumstances you outline (which I find highly unlikely), I would tend to agree with you. I'm not certain what federal law would allow the gov't to do that, but it is most likely already on the books and, if not, would be within days.

What do you base "there were over 10,000 Japanese-Americans who refused to take a loyalty oath to the U.S" on? I have seen no such claims. I have seen statements that there were no acts of espionage or sabotage against the US committed by US citizens of Japanese descent before or during the war. The only such acts were committed by Japanese Embassy personnel, who are efectively legal spies.
