Guys, I posted this on AOL's stock message board after the carnage yesterday.

The wimps got out today (g). Seriously, I did expect some major volume today, but no 1.4million and a low of 1/2. I had a conversation with Wave's investor relations today. According to investor relations, several things could happen after the Sept. 9th meeting.

1)Wave's presentation for meeting the requirements will satisfy NASDAQ.
Problem solved.
2)Wave may be given a period of time ( not sure the length) to meet the requirments.
3) Nasdaq may not accept Wave's plan to meet the requirements and remove Wave from Nasdaq.

I believe that there's a great chance (only my opinion/hunch) that Wave will meet the requirements. Remember, in the event that #3 happens, we still have a company with amazing technology that is worth $$!!!
