What is it that Rotech knows that we don't? I don't mind the way Rotch has leveraged debt in the past, but the debt rating of IHS and the deal in general is starting to rub me the wrong way. I'll be very interested in seeing their investment advisor's opinion of this deal when the proxy comes out.
