Eturd software shutting down Windows applications creating illegal software shutdowns, seconds before Institutions were dumping huge positions. Time and Time again....There Isn't no hiding them facts..It will be interesting to see this one unfold. It goes way beyond just the SEC rules to trading...watch and see.
