Jeff, I see you didn't answer my questions like you said you would later tonight. Again Jeff, I did not say their tool stinks. It looks like they might have something. What I am looking at is there past financials which stink. How did they get so bad?? Management! Why have there been so many 144's filed??? Jeff - anytime a company has almost 0 for stockholders' equity guess what? Management stinks! Jeff - anytime a company has twice the total current debt than current assets guess what? Management stinks! Jeff - anytime (you get the picture) Those reasons listed above should tell you why I feel the way I do. But again I hope I'm wrong here.
