Sure, there's nothing to prevent CEF from trading at NAV, or even at a discount. Happens all the time in closed-ended funds. I'm just saying that

1) A little more than half of CEF's reason to not trade at NAV is about to go away

2) A little more than half of CEF's historical premium already HAS gone away

3) A little less than half of CEF's reason to not trade at NAV remains

4) Since CEF historically trades at a premium, (3) is reason for it to continue to trade at a premium, no a somewhat smaller one than before

Of course, the Market will determine the premium. I'm guessing that, temporarily at least, CEF's premium may well disappear completely. If it does, I'd rather own it than the ETF, by a slim margin, just on the belief that the premium will eventually return because of the silver content.
