Peter, US taxpayers shouldn't be expected to carry the burden for millions of illegal Mexicans medical care and education. We have our own poverty stricken long-time citizens. The latter group don't deserve the injustice of competing with dirt-cheap labor. Greedy law-breaking employers are at fault. U.S. citizens cannot support all of Mexico, but that will be the effect, if this uncontrolled flood doesn't stop. The Fox encourages the illegal activity, while the physical safety of Americans living along the border is in jeopardy every day. Many who cross are unsavory characters. We have enough home-grown criminals, therefore we don't need to import them from MEX. The laws governing legal methods of entering the country must be followed. Employers prefer the illegal situation because they can pay lower salaries and avoid the expense of social security and other taxes. Those slave-wage employers are exactly the type of business people who have given Capitalism a nasty reputation.
