Todd -

Thanks.

I am an investor in Noven and a patient investor in general.

I thought the launch of DentiPatch was pretty horrible. In fact,
management fell over themselves so as - not to talk to - what
DentiPatch sales were for the quarter - even in the 10Q.

An aside:
This is the same management that couldn't stop talking about
a product that they knowingly oversold the year before.

And this, even though they had two of the best Dental Distributors around try to push the product. (Wonder what the promo % fee on this
puppy is going to be)

As such ....

I was wondering if they (mgt.) were still on board with
the product - or were lookin more to RPR to bail them out.
(RPR's bought in at about 500,000 shares I believe.
And I'm sure you are aware that RPR is trying to get an FDA sign-off on a Estrogen/Progestogen Skin Patch. With Noven makin' the drug
delivery stuff.)

Please understand, Noven mgt. DELIBERATELY overshipped their Estrogen patches last year to 'make their numbers.' I can't prove it -
but its sorta obvious. No harm in that - but it distorts the
real SELL-THRU of the product and speaks VOLUMES about the
character of the managment. i.e. LOW RENT - HI FLUFF

It's okay - RPR's mgt. will eventually eat their lunch.

For Dentipatch they brought in 2 seasoned people (I am guessing this is the first time Noven's management has ever managed any type of business - not a knock - just an observation) to help get the product out the door. But they may have brought them in too late - or - the market just doesn't care about the product.

In any event, thanks for your thoughts.

Let's stay in touch and especially watch the sequential sales
growth in DentiPatch.

I am scared .... of dentists.

That's why I thought this product could not miss.

Regards,

John McCarthy
