I wonder if the definition of "disloyal" will include those who failed to tell the administration what it wanted to hear. An intelligence officer should ideally place loyalty to the truth above loyalty to the administration

Steven, in the weeks before the election, the CIA gave its blessing to a not-very-anonymous Anonymous operative who made the rounds of TV and radio hyping a book with the title "Imperial Hubris", but which might as well have had the title "Bush is a Shit and So are All His Advisors". A most overt covert operation.

I doubt any mere importunant truth-tellers have too much to worry about; there are bigger and obviouser heads that are gonna roll.
