I believe, IFX has slightly different NAND technology but how come no one has yet sued MU over NAND IP?

With MU, ST, Hynix shipping 2Gbit 90nm SBC chips this month it seems like NAND Flash will be available plentiful. What we need now are a few decisions in favor of Toshiba/Sandisk over IP or some players backing out of NAND manufacturing either because of poor yields or because of lower margins or even better a loss. The latter is unlikely in the near-term as they are all formidable DRAM players and are well used to cut-throat competition and can stay put in this business even if they see losses the next few quarters. Besides, this gives DRAM manufacturers flexibility in diverting part of their DRAM lines towards NAND and vice-versa!
