IHS debt downgrade by Moodys today. Has anyone followed this stock for several years. I would be interested in your opinion about the Company. I am a Rotech stockholder and have had a hard time understanding why Rotech agreed to the merger. I would like someone with an understanding of IHS help me an understand them and why this merger is good for either Company. It seems to me IHS is trying to expand faster than it is financially able as is indicated by the debt downgrade today. Thanks for any information. Robert D.
