I found them quite unwelcoming. They have gotten real used to having the Chinese buy their way in. I have been trying to come up with some mix of money/talent/etc that we should use as an immigration tool. I don't like this "family" approach we have where people can bring in the old folks. I know it leads to heavy use of our old age programs.
