For all the weight your first point carries, we may as well endorse drive by shootings. After all, people have their reasons. War amounts to the breakdown of normal legal mechanisms, and is not the model for how to make rules and enforce them in a functioning society with a competent government. (Also, the 100,000 figure is highly inflated). The second comment is absurd. I have known various relatives, including my wife, during their pregnancies. A normal pregnancy is somewhat taxing, yes, but not terribly onerous. I do not have to have been pregnant to have observed the usual course of pregnancy.
