That's what I have heard, I can not verify this as that is an AMEX and Company situation that is beyond my control. I think the AMEX requires a shareholder value of 4 million dollars? I think the AMEX web site could answer our questions. amex.com amex.com The comapny has said that they want to move to AMEX in the future. RG
