People aged 40 and younger think that they are going to be completely screwed out of Social Security. They may be right.
I understand why folks want to "reform" social security.

My question was about Will's vigorous assertion that Bush does not plan to replace SS as though people who were saying that, like the NYT and/or AARP, were telling scandalous lies about his prez. Do you understand and can you explain why he should be so exercised over that? It seems obvious me that the objective is to replace it.
