We are adding 20-30 employees per month...Then they fire 9 and 5 (for argument sake) quit. 20-9-5 = ...20-30 employees per month + R&D charges <Career development and stability are not important to programmers or consultants.> Do you really believe this? Most young people are consultants and they work much harder than those dull-never move around salary types.
