CRNS came is with another excellent report. Increased revs, increased utilization, increased containers, increased dividend, etc.etc. etc.

ALAN has resistance at 1.07 and then its still got work to do to get back on course and aobve the 200 day MA. I agree with you overall assesment. It's going to take a few months. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that most state's budgets begin the fiscal year in July. That should be ample time for the technical picture to straighten itself out.
