it is an amazing squeeze -- I was just looking at the chart of Beazer -- 30% higher since middle of October?? wow ... looking at the housing indices -- just straight up -- no stopping them. PHM and LEN completely ignored -- PHM getting ready to reach toward new highs. Call me a conspiracy nut -- but I think shorts piled in these stocks one more time after PHM news -- maybe they even pushed PHM down some to bring in some more money on the short side -- then whammo -- they run the stops for all they are worth. I can't imagine folks are investing here for the NEXT real estate boom. Could this just be a hiccup in the BOOM -- honestly, I don't think so -- where is the fuel going to come from for a continuation ... I may be nuts -- I hope I haven't helped too many folks be parted from their funds.
