Using Yahoo's reports of shorts as a % of float, the stocks I follow in the sector are:

TOL 15%
PHM 6%
RYL 5%
DHI 4%
KBH 11%
LEN 6%

I'm no short analyst, but, keeping in mind that Ebay's reported short % is 5%, AMZN is 10%, and TZOO is 82%, it seems as though one would be wise to be mindful of TOL's and KBH's short positions.
