The present trial is a RICO trial.

Within the testimony there will be references made that will be entered into the record as 'discovery' information.

The information that is called discovery will be used in another trial(s).

I am not sure if Tony Elgindy will face a terrorism trial next or if he will be up on the 49 million dollar lawsuit that is brought against him and a bunch of others.

Then of course there is the Cantor Fitzgerald LP trial that could name Tony Elgindy as one of the defendants.

Discovery information gleamed from this trial could be used in the Cantor Fitzgerald lawsuit.

You need to learn how this cra* works in a trial.

It’s not all black and white.
