Rather than staying thin and toned which takes a certain amount of discipline they expect a surgeon to do it for them.

I know people who have undergone elective procedures for rather vain things including a belly button that stuck slightly out, numerous breast enlargements which looked worse after and hair transplants that did not take.

Each one of the above are on antidepressants.

Over lunch I made the mistake of saying to Mr. Belly Button he was not the same person he used to be and I thought it was the pills. On a Monday he called to say he flushed all the pills and was back to his old fighting self and never felt better, that Friday he was hospitalized and put on massive doses of lithium and prozac to bring his levels back up after he was found walking down the street weeping.
