I agree with you and certainly your question is critical As the outfit eats up its P&P reserves, is it replacing them on a yearly basis with new exploration or acquisitions?

My point is this ... Of the top 100 gold and silver miners how many can you pick out who have actually replaced or increased what they mined this year with additional new P&P reserves? I am not talking about mergers which just put the two companies reserves under single management but don't actually increase anything. I am taking about real new P&P reserves. The reserve issue is not being attended to by the vast majority of the big and mid sized miners.

There are a few juniors who have promise but they are largely unproven, or the few that have reasonable P&P reserves languish without any interest from the majors.
