Here's a variant:

One of those very stuffy New York clubs. There are a couple of old codgers dressed in tux's with pretty young blonde things hanging on their arms. One of those stooped-over waiters comes by with a tray, but instead of goodies there are pills on it. Waiter to codger: "Will that be Viagra or Cialis, sir?"
