Tuck,

Any thoughts or references as to the persistence e2f decoys in the vein? The clinical problem with grafts is usually not at 1 year but years 4-5, so it would be important to demonstrate that e2f decoys persist longer than a year. But perhaps the problem can just be solved by another treatment at regular intervals?
